How to make Delicious Coffee Bean Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

01. 180 Gr. All-purpose White Flour

02. 90 Gr. Powdered Sugar

03. Espresso Coffee

04. 105 Gr. Butter

05. 1 Egg Yolk

06. 38 Gr. Cocoa powder

07. A Pinch of Salt

08. 1/3 Teaspoon Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1 Whisk the butter and icing sugar together until smooth

Step 2 Add in the egg yolk, espresso coffee, vanilla and salt and mix them together

Step 3 Sift the flour and cocoa powder and add to the bowl

Step 4 Knead lightly just to make sure everything is well combined

Step 5 Shape into a ball and divide in half or quarters

Step 6 Roll out a log about 2 cm in diameter.

Step 7 Cut pieces out every 1.5 cm

Step 8 Roll a piece into a ball between your palms in a circular motion

Step 9 Give each piece shape of a coffee bean and place them on a baking tray

Step 10 Use a very thin knife or cutter and press it along lengthwise on top of each oval ball

Step 11 Ready, Enjoy 🙂
