Located roughly two hours northeast of downtown Bangkok, this idyllic water feature is one of the most popular national parks among Thai natives. The park’s name translates to “seven little girls”, a reference to the striking seven-tiered waterfall that serves as the park’s main attraction. Guests are free to roam along hiking trails and rest under the shade of gnarled banyan trees, all the while basking in the beauty of the vibrant emerald-green water. The park is rife with designated areas for swimming, but pay careful attention to signage throughout the area – while some spots are shallow and perfect for taking a dip, other areas possess strong undercurrents that may cause issues for inexperienced swimmers.
